Born in the Bronx, New York City, James Clarke’s life has taken him on a far ranging journey of exploration and adventure.

A West Point and Harvard graduate, former Army Ranger and Special Operations officer, successful business executive and high altitude mountaineer, he recently became the 85th climber in the world (and 26th American) to complete the “Seven Summits” (reaching the highest peak on each continent).

The Seven Summits represent the highest peaks on each of Earth’s seven continents. Worldwide, fewer than 100 people have ever completed this prestigious circuit.
